Q2. Where is your factory located?
We have 5 factories for diesel engine and generator production - Kunming, Shandong, Shanxi, Chengdu and Hefei.
Q3: How many days for production delivery?
For serial order it is 7 to 14 working days. Prototype will take 21 working days.
Q4: How about quality control in your factory?
1. We strictly operate full QC process, passed the ISO quality system management, CE verified.
2. We followed, such as incoming inspection, process inspection, final inspection.
Each engine,generator and water pump must be tested in production line.
3. We offer and supply test video for each machines before delivery.
Q5: How about guarantee?
1 year warranty or 1000 hours (which comes first) for all products
Q6: What is your terms of payment ?
TT and LC are all available. 30% as deposit and the balance before shipment. We support trade assurance.
